Tips for High Altitude

The altitude of Aspen is 7,908 feet above sea level. Be sure to drink plenty of water and get lots of rest to allow yourself to adjust. Sunscreen is recommended at all hours of the day as the Colorado sun is strong. The afternoons do get chilly and we suggest a light sweater.

For additional altitude assistance, visit the Oxygen Bar (Oxygen and IVs) or use a canister of oxygen from Carl’s Pharmacy.
